This Crown Hill residential construction project started in October 2020 and completed in September 2021. This project consisted of demolishing the old house and detached garage, first.  After the demo, we built a two story house with 2547 square feet and a large 452 square foot two car garage.  The new home now features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room on each floor, and a rooftop deck. 

 

Our continuous effort to lower the building cost saved our clients thousands of dollars, which opened up funds and their budget for a solar power system, that they had hoped for at the beginning of the design process. Building a custom home with us ensures that our clients have the ability to add their own personal touches in the design process, from the exterior to every detail inside the home.

 

In addition to building this custom house, this project also included building an 800 square foot Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, see photos below for the main home and the DADU.
