The Home Building Process

The Dang Construction, LLC team has been building homes in the greater Seattle area for many years.  We work closely with our clients to guide them through the entire home building process, from design to all construction phases.  As we work together, you’ll gain the confidence it takes to build, and more importantly, you’ll gain trust in Dang Construction.

 

With Dang Construction, you’re working with an expert home building team with professional experience. We provide transparency in our accounting and building processes and are committed to building our clients quality homes.

 

When you partner with us, we’ll work alongside you as a team

through our five phases of the building process:

  • Discovery  During our first few initial meetings, we’ll discuss your project and learn more about the features you desire. Based on the information about the home you want to build, we will determine a rough cost estimate for your project. From this estimate, you’ll be able to determine if building is right for you.

 

  • Architectural/Engineer Design  Once you determine that building with us is the right option for you, we’ll connect you with a preferred local architect to design your home.  Alternately, you may choose to work with your own architect. During the design phase, we offer our services to guide you through the design process, ensuring you receive the best functional design and minimize your actual building costs. Our service during this phase is complimentary. Once the plan is completed, it will be submitted to the City for approval and building permits

  • Permit/Project Estimate  While the plan is being reviewed by the City, we’ll work with multiple contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive cost estimates for your project. We’ll work diligently to get you the best possible price for the best quality. We partner with contractors and suppliers who have extensive experience building around the Puget Sound.

 

  • Build  By the time the building permit is approved and in hand, we’ve already started the initial building schedule for the early stages of the build process. We use that schedule to ensure that we’re building efficiently, staying on our agreed schedule, and remaining within the initial cost estimate. In some cases, we are able to complete the project under the initial estimate. During the building process, we’ll continue to source out the best and most cost-efficient contractors and suppliers to decrease your project costs and to pass these savings on to you.

 

  • Move-in With Builder Warranty Assurance  All of our Dang Construction, LLC home building projects include a multi-year builder warranty.
