For this project, we completed a home expansion of an additional 940 square feet of living space. The expansion included a primary suite, laundry room on the main floor, a family room, and covered deck. Throughout the project, we were able to save the homeowner approximately $85,000 which we then passed the savings onto them, using the additional savings to further renovate more of the original house by installing new windows, upgrading the electrical system, installing new flooring, remodeling the original bathroom, repainting the entire house, and more.

Our goal was to make their home more accessible and to enjoy both the interior and exterior areas. Accomplishing this goal for the homeowner, means they will be able to enjoy their new living space well into their retirement years.
