This home originally had 1,240 square feet and a partial 2nd floor, the owner wanted more space and a full size 2nd floor. Our project consisted of removing the roof and all of the partial 2nd floor to begin the major renovation.

Now that the project is complete, this home has 1,624 square feet of finished space with an additional 290 square feet of attic storage space. In addition, the primary bedroom leads out to a 2nd floor balcony that has a beautiful view of Magnolia.
