Originally, this 873 sq ft home had 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  With our 1st floor renovation, 2nd floor addition, and ADU addition, this 2,186 square foot home now consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a one car garage.  Including a 308 square foot ADU functioning as additional space and/or as an Airbnb to generate rental income for the owner.
